Panacea Senior Care Limited was opened in late july 2014. We are young company in care industry but with extensive knowledge and passion to deliver highest quality services applying new innovative way where comes to direcy approach. We truly believe that there is much more what can be done to enjoy fully GOLDEN YEARS and we feel confident about it.


Idea to open Panacea Senior Care was born when we observed and worked for care companies ourselves in different regions of UK, mainly London area and we had discover that no matter how everyone is talking about quality of services- we almost seen none or very poor practise being deliver for numerous of reason. We feel very strongly that every aspect of care giving could become joyful with right attetuide and approach.


OUR TEAM:

ANGELIKA ZIEMIANSKA (COMPANY DIRECTOR)

Angelika belongs to the young generation of bright
entrepreneurs and has discovered her passion for care

while observing her mom working as a senior carer
for year’s. She has college degree and now is studying
part time law in one of the prestigious universities.
She has gained extensive experience by learning on
the job in domiciliary agency and has develop
enormous set of skills in very short period of time.
She has personally attended assessments, spot checks
and supervisions and was responsible for all
HR/Recruitment duties. As a director of Panacea
Senior Care she plans to bring and implemented
new ways of delivering care in the UK home care
sector industry.

MOHAMED SAID KHAJJOU (COMPANY DIRECTOR)

JOANNA BAJLL (CARE & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER)

Joanna has joined the company from the start date
as Care and Business Development Manager.
She has extensive knowledge and expertise
in domiciliary sector as well as new business
development (building new companies in USA).
She holds MBA degree in business and
management, has QFC level 3 in social care,
currently working on her QFC level 5 qualification,
Care manager course in Home Instead Senior Care.
Joanna worked in domiciliary sector since 2009
when she moved to UK and has gained experience
working for big agencies servicing more
than 20.0000/hrs. per week of care. She has also
implemented new fresh ideas into running services.
She is very dynamic and multitasking and has ability
to form very good relations with Clients and
HealthCare Assistants which is extremely important
in care industry.
