Panacea Senior Care Limited was opened in late July 2014. We are a young company in the care industry but have extensive knowledge and passion to deliver highest quality services, applying a new and innovative way when it comes to a direct approach. We truly believe that there is much more that can be done to enjoy fully one's GOLDEN YEARS and we feel confident about it.

 
 
Panacea Senior Care was born when, having observed and worked for care companies in different areas of the UK we felt that we were uniquely positioned to deliver a high quality customer centric service. We feel very strongly that every aspect of care giving should be fulfilling with the right attitude and approach.


OUR TEAM:

ANGELIKA ZIEMIANSKA (COMPANY DIRECTOR)

Angelika belongs to the young generation of bright entrepreneurs and she has discovered her passion for care while observing her mum working as a senior carer for many years. Angelika has a college degree and now is studying part time law at one of the most prestigious universities. She has gained extensive experience by learning on the job in a domiciliary care environment and has develop a wide range of skills in a very short period of time. She has personally attended assessments, spot checks and supervisory visits and was responsible for all HR and Recruitment duties. As a director of Panacea Senior Care Angelika plans to bring and implemented new ideas into the UK home care sector industry, while meeting all regulatory requirements.

MOHAMED SAID KHAJJOU (COMPANY DIRECTOR)

Said is multidisciplinary with complementary experience. He has relevant qualifications and skills that contribute to the success and smooth operation of the company. Said has many years of experience working with people in their homes and in particular knowledge of disabled adaptations that allow people to live more comfortably in their own homes. Said became more interested in the home care sector when his sister became unwell with Cancer and needed home care.

JAYNE GRAVER (CARE MANAGER)
Jayne was headhunted from her previous company for the great level of skills and experience she can bring to Panacea. Having worked in such roles as carer, senior carer and Customer Care Manager. Her knowledge and attention to detail will help drivethe company forward. Jayne's skill set includes assessments, safeguarding, moving and handling, medication and she strongly believes in the value of her staff as well as her service users. She is also uniquely placed in having valuable experience of dealing with healthcare providers, social services and regulatory bodies as the Care Quality Commission. Jayne's belief is that care comes first and her attitude and approach is always customer centric.
